Wir bieten

Unter der Marke BioLife betreibt Takeda in Österreich aktuell 12 hochmoderne Plasmaspendezentren. BioLife ist ein Branchenführer in der Sammlung von Plasma in höchster Qualität. Blutplasma kann nicht künstlich hergestellt werden und ist Ausgangsmaterial für unzählige lebensrettende Therapien. Unsere MitarbeiterInnen sorgen mit ihrer langjährigen Erfahrung und Expertise für eine sichere und angenehme Plasmaspende, was rund SpenderInnen bestätigen können, die sich jährlich für die BioLife Plasmazentren entscheiden. Unser täglicher Motivator ist das Wissen, dass Plasma nicht künstlich hergestellt werden kann und wir einen wichtigen Beitrag leisten, um den ständig steigenden Bedarf zur Herstellung lebensrettender Therapien zu decken.

Our 13 (soon 14) plasma donation centers in Austria, which operate under the BioLife brand, serve many thousands of donors each year, who donate plasma, the basis for life-saving medicines. BioLife is part of Takeda, a patient-focused, values-based, and R&D-driven global biopharmaceutical company.

In this position as HR Partner for BioLife Austria, you will work closely with our leadership team, shape the further development of the organization, support people and leadership development, accompany change processes as well as manage complex business operations topics.

Your Opportunity:

Business Operations Manager

  • Consultancy for leaders regarding changes (compensation, working time, hours etc)
  • In collaboration with our internal PAG (People Advisory Group) team: Solving complex employee relation issues and exits, support for legal cases, planning and conducting performance discussions with employees, preparation and processing of disciplinary measures
  • Support in conflict management and team-related topics
  • Translation of engagement surveys into insights and action plans

People & Leadership Development

  • Development and succession planning
  • Coaching of/ Sparring Partner for leaders
  • Facilitation of calibration meetings in course of the year-end process
  • Managing Talent Review Sessions

Organizational Development

  • Support changes in the organizational structure
  • Identify trends with the help of data analysis
  • Advise on career pathways

Transformation Partner

  • HR support and identification of initiatives and measures in a sourrounding of technology changes and growing volatility
  • Finding the balance between needs of the organization and those of individuals
  • Supporting measures that contribute to employee well-being
  • Actively shaping and promoting a culture of lifelong learning

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in partnering with senior leaders
  • Excellent track record of building strong professional relationships in a complex business environment
  • Profound knowledge of Austrian Labor Law
  • Change Management, Transformation and Organizational Development experience
  • A strong drive and desire to innovate combined with the patience and pragmatism to see projects and ideas through
  • Willingness to quickly familiarize with new methods, take on new topics and constantly learn
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English

This position is initially limited due to a maternity leave cover. With appropriate performance, further long-term opportunities may subsequently arise.

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 5222,35 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
