Wir begleiten unsere Kunden in der Findung ihrer digitalen Strategie, der Entwicklung von konkreten Konzepten und digitalen Experiences, sowie deren technologischer Umsetzung.
**Das erwartet dich**:
- Du erhältst eine strukturierte Einarbeitung und einen umfassenden Einblick in unsere Vertriebsprozesse und unsere Kundenbetreuung
- Durch die enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Abteilungen lernst du alle Facetten einer Digitalagentur kennen
- Durch "Training on the Job" entwickelst du deine Vertriebs-Skills und Managementfähigkeiten
- Vom ersten Tag an bist du in Prozesse und Arbeitsabläufe eingebunden, um unsere Kunden in deren digitalen Entwicklung zu beraten
- Du bist bei der Initiierung und Durchführung von Kundenterminen beteiligt und baust dabei langfristige Beziehungen zu unseren Kunden auf
- Auf spannenden Events sammelst du nicht nur neue Eindrücke, sondern erweiterst auch dein berufliches Netzwerk
- Begleitet wirst du dabei von deinem Mentor Florian, der dich während der Traineezeit unterstützt, um deine gemeinsam definierten Ziele zu erreichen
**Das bringst du mit**:
**Erfahrung**:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium in den Bereichen Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder IT
- Erste Berufserfahrung (Sales, Kundenbetreuung, Projektmanagement, Marketing...) von Vorteil
**Fachwissen**:
- Begeisterung für digitale Themen und Trends (Online Marketing, E-Business, Internet Technologien und Design...)
- Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
