Reporting & Analytics is a team of data experts supporting data-driven projects within the Operations department, making data and analysis available for fact-based decisions.

To strengthen our HQ team, we are looking for an Intern with a technical affinity.

You will support the team in translating business requirements into technical concepts and driving the development of the Business Intelligence landscape in close collaboration with the IT team.

We are looking for a motivated talent who can join us in 2023 for a period of 6 months.

DEVELOP THE CONCEPT


In this exciting internship, you will help the team to act as a translator between business and IT by executing Data Integration and Reporting projects.

Your responsibility is to support the collection and analysis of the requirements from the Operations teams.

DOCUMENT AND TEST


You prepare the documentation of the business requirements for IT implementation, as well as end-user documentation for finalized reports and dashboards.

You conduct the testing and the quality assurance.

VIZUALIZE DATA


Another aspect of this role is the creation of a standard dashboard solution on various operational topics for colleagues located worldwide, as well as maintain the existing data visualizations.


Your areas of knowledge and expertise:

  • University degree with focus on business administration or supply chain management
  • Good knowledge in MS Office tools
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, structured thinker with analytical skills
  • Studies or first experience in Operations or Supply Chain Management/Business Administration
  • Knowledge in any other tool as SAP ERP, SAP Analytics Cloud, R or Python is beneficial
