NRA Services GmbH sucht Mitarbeiter:innen für die Firma Newrest. In Österreich arbeitet Newrest im Auftrag der ÖBB auf den Nachtreisezügen - den ÖBB-Nightjets - und kümmert sich um den Service an Bord. Wir suchen einen verantwortungsbewussten **Country CFO**:

Als **Country CFO** berichten Sie an den Country Manager und Group CFO und tragen die volle Verantwortung für die Finanzabteilung. Mit Ihren Fachkenntnissen und Ihrem Engagement leisten Sie einen wertvollen Beitrag in unserem Unternehmen für eine langfristige Wachstumsstrategie.

**Aufgaben**:

- Leitung und Schulung des internen Finanzteams (Buchhaltung, Inkasso, Steuern und Recht, Treasury, Controlling, Gehaltsabrechnung)
- Sicherstellung der Unternehmensabschlüsse und der Lohn
- und Gehaltsabrechnung der betreuten Gesellschaften
- Einhaltung der lokalen Buchhaltungs-, Steuer
- und Sozialvorschriften
- Erarbeitung und Anwendung von Konzernstandards und -verfahren
- Leitung des Budgetprozesses (Gewinn
- und Verlustrechnung, Bilanz, Cashflow, CAPEX usw.)
- Intra-group Verrechnung zwischen den verwalteten Gesellschaften
- Stetiger Kontakt zu den Aufsichtsbehörden
- Ausarbeitung der monatlichen Berichte und Kontrolle der Aktivitäten sowie der operativen Dashboards
- Cash Management
- Täglicher Austausch mit der Unternehmenszentrale und Bereitstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen auf Anfrage

**Anforderungen**:

- Bachelor-/Master-Abschluss in Finanzen, Controlling, Rechnungswesen
- Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung im Controlling oder 1-3 Jahre als CFO
- Hands-on Mentalität
- Erste Erfahrung in einer Führungsposition von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen
- Technisch affin und fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen EDV-Systeme
- Ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse
- Englisch oder Französisch fließend
