Die Rechtsabteilung in der Konzernzentrale von Red Bull in Fuschl am See bei Salzburg betreut und koordiniert alle markenrechtlichen Sachverhalte weltweit.

Als Teil des global operierenden IP Teams wirst Du nach einem entsprechend ausführlichen On-Boarding und Training konkret im Bereich Brand Enforcement für Red Bull Strategien zur Markendurchsetzung in Europa entwickeln, implementieren und ausführen.

DIE ROLLE

Persönliche Stärken einsetzen

Verantwortungsbereiche und Aufgaben, in denen etwas bewegt werden kann:

Du berätst unsere Consumer Products Abteilung in rechtlichen Angelegenheiten und Fragestellungen zu Lizenzverträgen. Weiter erstellst Du entsprechende Markenlizenzverträge und unterstützt bei den Verhandlungen. Schließlich entwirfst Du markenrechtliche Klauseln in einer Vielzahl von Verträgen, z.B. Sponsor- oder Kooperationsverträgen, und berätst und unterstützt die Fachabteilungen entsprechend. In dieser Funktion zeichnest Du in bestimmten europäischen Ländern für alle aktiven Widerspruchs- und Löschungsverfahren bei den entsprechenden Markenämtern und Gerichten verantwortlich und betreust diese Verfahren. In den zugewiesenen Ländern bist Du außerdem für die Bekämpfung von Markenpiraterie und für die Verfolgung sonstiger kleinerer Markenverletzungen zuständig. Die Führung der markenrechtlichen Verfahren umfasst auch den Entwurf und den Abschluss von Abgrenzungs- und Vergleichsverträgen. Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Rechtswissenschaften, Volljurist/in oder Äquivalent im jeweiligen Land Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Begeisterung und starkes Interesse an IP Recht Idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung im Bereich Markenrecht (z.B. durch Praktika in einer international tätigen Rechtsanwaltskanzlei oder einem Unternehmen oder entsprechende Nachweise in der Ausbildung), allerdings nicht Voraussetzung Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verhandlungs- und durchsetzungsstark Fähigkeit unabhängig und effizient unter Zeitdruck zu arbeiten Teamorientierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise Reisebereitschaft 0-10%
