- Manage the entire employee life cycle with a smile (from employment contracts to testimonials).
- Be the first friendly point of contact for employee inquiries from 4 countries and ensure swift solutions.
- Become an expert in our HRsystem and bring your attention to detail to maintain our data in HiBob.
- Support exciting People & Culture Projects and bring your creative thinking to the table.
- Shape the future by improving People & Culture Processes and advancing us with clear reporting.
- Take on classic office management tasks with ease and ensure a smooth office environment (e.g., purchases, mail processing, fleet management, etc.)
Requirements:
First experience in HR or a similar position OR a completed degree in a relevant field
- Fluent in German and English to communicate effortlessly in an international environment
- At least basic knowledge in (Austrian or German) Employment Law
- Strong communication skills and the ability to smile on the phone, in video calls, and in personal interactions
- Team player mentality and the ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Proactive attitude and the ability to prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment
- Organizational talent and the ability to handle multiple tasks without losing sight of the big picture
- At least theoretical knowledge of HR KPIs.
