Strategic Senior HR Business Partner (all genders)

As our HR Business Partner (M/F/d), you'll be at the forefront of shaping our company culture, driving employee engagement, and fostering a productive and supportive work environment.

You'll partner with leaders and teams across the organization, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to drive our HR initiatives forward.


Key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our company's vision and goals
  • Develop and execute talent management strategies, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace for all employees
  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Partner with the HR team to continuously improve HR processes, programs, and policies to meet the evolving needs of our organization and drive employee engagement
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and HR best practices to bring innovative ideas and solutions to the table

Required Competencies:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR or business experience
  • Proven track record of building effective relationships with business leaders and driving strategic initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others as well as excellent German and English language skills (written, verbal)
  • A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
