What you'll do

• Perform diversified duties related to MRP planning in order to support strategic inventory goals and to ensure ontime delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels.
• Set and maintain planning parameters in ERP system to ensure that system performance is maximized. Support new products set up.
• Support Production Planning with managing inquiries about material availability from various departments and with other tasks.
• Support Senior Planning Staff in analyzing inventory, past usage data and forecast.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Who you are

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related Business field. Alternatively, successfully completed secondary education (Handelsakademie) combined with relevant work experience.
• Experience with a MRP system in manufacturing, operations or logistics environment.
• Strong computer skills. Comfortable using various systems and software as part of daily work.
• Advanced level MS Excel skills and experience with functions such as VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Exceptional organization and time management skills. Ability to balance multiple priorities and ability to deal with ambiguity.
• Ability to quickly analyze, identify and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Works well with others and enjoys being part of a team with an eye towards growth.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in English (written and oral) required. Fluency in German is an advantage. International experienced welcomed

The salary for this position is approx. €42.000 p.a. gross + attractive variable compensation scheme (full time). The actual salary depends on qualifications and work experience.
