Als
**zentraler Ansprechpartner**
**für unsere Studierenden **steuern und begleiten Sie den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, treiben aktives Relationship Management sowohl zu Student*innen als auch HR- und Management-Kolleg*innen voran und gestalten die Unternehmenskultur zur Talentegewinnung und -bindung mit. Neben ihren daily tasks haben Sie bei Infineon die Möglichkeit, sich mit Ihren Ideen aktiv einzubringen und diese umzusetzen. Als Mitglied im Talent Network Team sind Sie ein wichtiger Bestandteil des Teamgefüges.

Zu Ihren neuen Aufgaben gehören unter anderem folgende Tätigkeiten:

- Unterstützung des gesamten **Studierenden-Recruiting**:

- und **Lifecycle**:

- **Prozesses **, von der Suche bis zur Angebotslegung
- Wahrnehmung der Rolle des **HR Business Partners **für alle **Student*innen **bei Infineon Österreich
- **Schnittstellenmanagement **zu anderen **HR-Abteilungen **, z.B. Labor Relations, Compensation & Benefits, etc.
- Unterstützung bei **Talent Marketing Aktivitäten **(Karrieremessen, Events, etc.) sowie Mitarbeit an kreativen Lösungen rund um das Thema Recruiting
- **Erstellung **und **Aufbereitung **von wiederkehrenden sowie ad-hoc
- **Berichten **für verschiedene interne Stakeholder

Während einer individuellen Einarbeitungsphase bereiten wir Sie bestmöglich auf Ihre neuen Aufgabenbereiche vor. Mit Feedbackgesprächen und der systematischen Planung Ihrer beruflichen Entwicklung möchten wir Ihren Erfolg in dieser Position unterstützen und sicherstellen.

Sie erfüllen erfolgreich die Voraussetzungen, wenn Sie folgendes mitbringen:

- abgeschlossenes **Universitäts
- oder Fachhochschulstudium **und/oder **vergleichbare einschlägige **HR-Erfahrung **, idealweise im Konzernumfeld
