RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the department management and team
• Prepare project documents and presentations, maintain and update internal systems
• Handle specific issues in construction and project management
• Coordinate appointments, prepare and follow up on meetings
• Participate in various internal digitalization and organizational projects to enhance our processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Completed commercial education
• Relevant work experience, preferably with technical background
• Excellent IT skills (MS-Office)
• Fluent in German, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle conflicts openly
• Empathy and enjoyment in working with people and as part of a team
