  • With us you will be responsible for
- representing the users' voice in our development projects
- driving the design process from concept to the final solution
- leveraging the entire design thinking process from researching user's needs, leading the creativity process to prototyping and testing
- working closely with our clients as well as requirements engineers and developers to create the best possible user experience
- advising our clients on User Experience, Usability, Accessibility and Design Thinking

  • We expect you to have
- at least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design
- empathy to understand users' needs and curiosity to find out more
- experience in designing user-centered solutions
- analytical and conceptual skills as well as experience in leading and moderating workshops
- expertise in working with current prototyping and design tools like Figma
- good grasp of iOS/Android Design Guidelines
- know-how of Design Thinking methodology
- interest to learn and expand your knowledge and expertise in accessibility guidelines (WCAG 2.2)
- understanding of current technologies and frameworks in front-end development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript, frameworks)
- experience in working in agile projects/environments
- ability to handle discussions in German and English
