StudentJob (f/m/x) – Retail Tribe Internal Marketing & EventPlanning (20-25h/week)
As the Retail Customer Engagement Tribe, wehave implemented a group-wide platform to help us better understandthe needs of our customers and address them more individually. Weoffer our network banks various services that are used in terms of"Product as a Service'' and arecentrally hosted in the Cloud. While both our portfolio and teamare growing as we go, currently we are offering a range of 6different products to our customers.

Since we work in an agile setup, we haveall the skills we need for an end2end delivery in our teams. BothIT and business colleagues work together in a co-location and ahybrid mode (new methods of working) to be able to react to themarket as quickly as possible. As a Student Support you will notonly get a lot of experience in the IT area, but you can also gainsome insights into the retail business and learn the benefits ofagile working at the sametime. #startaugust2024#part-time

Yourrole with us on theteam
  • Yousupport the tribe and teams in their daily work (preparingpresentations for the management, communication with importantstakeholders, internal marketing etc.)
  • You actas a major support for our Scrum Masters and the streams (preparingevents, internal communication and marketing, maintenance ofdocumentations, updating of tickets, user access management,etc.)
  • You are involved in all general topicssuch as retrospectives with the teams, organization of our eventsand workshops, quarterly planning, etc. and learn how big companieswork
  • Depending on your professional background,you will support either with Marketing (internal), IT or financetopics, and EventManagement

Whatyou bring to thetable
  • Ongoingstudies (Business Administration, Project Management, Marketing orIT)
  • Very good knowledge of MS Officeapplications (Power Point, Excel,...)
  • Experience with Atlassian tools(Jira, Confluence) is beneficial
  • Fluentknowledge of English; German and/or other CEE languages are aplus
  • Innovative and agile mindset with adistinct interest in collaboration
  • Ambitious,hard-working, self-driven attitude with strong communication skillsand structured way ofthinking
