Introduction
We are seeking a Global Product Manager to join our Standard Crusher Spares, Mobiles business.
You will be responsible for developing the offering for global growth in the Standard Crusher Spare - Mobile equipment spare parts business.
Your role plays a crucial part in developing upgrades, new product offerings and retrofit programs in conjunction with the Market Areas and DMO organization.
In this position, you will report to Vice President, Standard Crusher Spares.
This position is preferably located in Tampere or Espoo, but we are happy to offer flexible working arrangements, including hybrid options.

You will join a team of passionate professionals dedicated to growing our business globally. We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as Aggregates and Professional Services. Our team culture is all about getting things done - together. The members in our team are located for example in Finland and in the United States.
What you'll do
Manage, develop, and grow the Standard Crusher Spares - Mobiles product offering.
Expand the product offering portfolio by creating new service parts, retrofits & upgrades.
Manage and maintain all product data management needed in our systems (Aton, TC, SAP etc)
Manage that the product portfolio has the correct supplier chosen for the best cost and quality of the part.
Maintain and update global list prices for the designated product hierarchies.
Develop sales tools, product offering database, cross-reference tools, service documentation etc.
Collaborate with Aggregate Services / Professional Services to package our offering into solutions contracts.
Participate in Market area discussions to understand the needed product offering, price levels and development needs for different markets and channels.
Work closely with procurement to monitor cost development and improvements.Integrate and manage the expanded portfolio of sister products and growth through strategy development.
Who you are
Engineering and/or Business Degree or equivalent experience
Excellent understanding of spare parts business in aggregates and mining industry
Experience in product management with an ability to drive results, growth and profitability.
Strong aftermarket product business experience and customer orientation with experience in different go-to-market channels
Good organizational skills combined with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent client management and business literacy skills paired with negotiation skills
Observing safety regulations and exhibiting a concern for safety
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Finnish and English
Experience with Team Center, ATON, SAP and Excel, Power Point, etc.
Excellent capability to create engaging content and execute marketing campaigns with our MARCOM team
