Once you join us you will:

  • Become the leading designer for feature development and enhancements, incl. research, prototyping and UI/UX design.
  • Deepdive to understand the market, and competition of our product.
  • Guide stakeholders around the design process and our inhouse design system.
  • Stay usercentric by collaborating with our clients, business partners, POs and developers to understand the requirements and expectations for our product.
  • Anticipate and monitor potential product flaws and find the right solutions.
  • Eventually, build up a design team.

You will excel in this role if:

  • Confidence to create a bigger picture and the drive to guide and make that vision a reality.
  • No fear of taking design ownership, making decisions and speaking up to deliver what users need.
  • Experience leading the design efforts and working in an agile environment with developers, POs and further stakeholders.
  • Solid knowledge of visual design principles and proven ability to deliver wellcrafted and scalable design solutions.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering the best design.
  • Curiosity and motivation to explore ideas that go beyond the common patterns and solutions used in the industry.
  • Ability to clearly communicate in English; knowledge of German is a big plus.
  • Big plus: Experience leading a design team.
