Team Insights

Our team specializes in providing technical support for customers utilizing Financial Solutions such as the SAP Asset Accounting application (FI-AA). When our clients' IT departments or implementation partners encounter obstacles and suspect technical glitches, they rely on us to offer the unique expertise that only the software manufacturer can deliver. Our daily operations involve engaging with customers (via a ticketing system, chat, phone, or Teams) following a thorough evaluation that includes code debugging (primarily written in ABAP).

SAP Technical Support is committed to providing top-notch assistance across the entire SAP portfolio:

  • Handling customer support incidents around the clock (24x7)
  • Delivering in-depth technical support
  • Offering real-time assistance

Our Proactive Services encompass:

  • Generating and sharing knowledge with clients
  • Evaluating and validating new products and features
  • Developing tools to enhance supportability

The Adventure Awaits


Location: Vienna, Austria
Duration: Minimum 12 months (extensible up to 36 months - maintaining active student status throughout)
Work Hours: At least 20 hours per week, with a requirement of 3 days per week

Joining our Technical Support Engineering squad, you will partake in thorough hands-on training to equip yourself with the essential competencies for autonomously tackling intricate technical issues. While you'll have the independence to handle cases individually, the collaborative ethos of our team ensures that senior peers are readily available to offer guidance.

  • Engaging in problem-solving within our software environment
  • Enjoying flexibility in organizing your work hours and location, enabling autonomous task management between 9 AM and 5 PM in sync with your mentor in Vienna
  • Emphasizing teamwork to leverage collective intelligence for superior results
  • Acquiring insights into a first-class global Technical Support organization supporting clients worldwide, empowering them to cater to their customers and staff efficiently
  • Tracking and dispatching customer tickets, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements
  • Collaborating with fellow support peers and internal departments to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assuming responsibility for basic technical issues
  • Providing direct technical aid to clients through our Customer Service System

Requirements Overview

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a keen interest in programming and resolving technical challenges
  • Proficiency in any programming language (knowledge of ABAP is advantageous)
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Soft skills: team-oriented, self-disciplined, persistent in task completion, customer-centric, with strong analytical and problems-solving abilities
  • Demonstrating an open and professional communication demeanor

As an attractive employer, we offer a competitive salary aligned with the current labor agreement for employees in the IT services and information technology sector, starting from a minimum of 1700€ gross per month for full-time roles, supplemented by generous additional perks.
