Your Role:

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-converting landing pages and sales funnels in Figma.
  • Prototype pages using Framer, ensuring seamless integration with marketing platforms.
  • Design advertorial pages to drive traffic from Facebook ads.
  • Analyze user behavior using tools like Microsoft Clarity to identify improvement areas.
  • Conduct A/B tests to optimize page performance.
  • Brainstorm and design new features based on customer insights.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand customer needs and growth opportunities.
  • Influence strategic decisions based on data-driven insights.
  • Stay updated on the latest design trends and digital marketing strategies.
  • Provide recommendations to improve user experience and conversion rates.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Product or UI/UX Design with a focus on CRO.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Framer, and analytical tools like Microsoft Clarity.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
  • Experience with A/B testing, CRO, and UX/UI design principles.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in German and English.
