Your daily tasks will include
enhancing our team as a specialist in all legal issues with a focus on IP/IT law, corporate law, data protection law, compliance and/or employment law

working closely with legal partners such as lawyers, notaries, tax consultants and support management in legal matters at national and international level

supporting our sales and people team with legal issues such as the creation of customer contracts and labor law topics

developing guidelines, concepts, processes, principles and agreements

offering legal support in M&A processes

participating in the development and implementation of strategic contract management

conducting in-house training courses on legal topics and be the contact person for colleagues from other departments for legal questions

The following will make you succeed in this role

a completed legal degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in a legal department of a company or in a law firm

experience in reviewing and developing contracts, preferably in the field of IP/IT law

experience in prioritizing conflicting demands from multiple business clients in a fast-paced business environment

experience with due diligence obligations in supply chains as well as drafting and aligning of guidelines and policies

strong negotiation and communication skills

a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to familiarize yourself well with technical issues

excellent German and business fluent English skills
