Product Marketing Manager – High Voltage Discretes for E-mobility

In this exciting role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing product strategy through market analysis and customer feedback for High Voltage Discretes in the e-mobility sector
  • Creating the long-term product roadmap for High Voltage Discretes in collaboration with the technical marketing team in the rapidly growing e-mobility industry
  • Defining value proposition for power semiconductor products used in next-generation traction inverters
  • Being a part of a cross-functional team to develop business models and closely collaborate with the R&D team
  • Working closely with product management to support successful market introductions and G2M activities

To excel in this position, you should possess:

  • A degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience ideally in product marketing, strategy consulting, or business development
  • Experience in strategy development and implementation
  • Knowledge of semiconductors, particularly in power electronics
  • An energetic mindset combined with structured and self-organized work methods
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, with German proficiency being a bonus

Austria: Competitive salaries and benefits are offered based on performance and qualifications following industry standards. The employment terms align with the industry agreement for electrical and electronics employees, resulting in a monthly salary paid 14 times a year. Compensation may be adjusted based on expertise.
