ROLE DEFINITION

DuPont Interconnect Solutions (ICS) is focused on becoming a preferred partner for customers seeking materials-based solutions to enable market leading technologies for the
Automotive Electrification initiative as well as it's vertical and horizontal ecosystems.


You will work closely with the global and regional business/technical teams and requires the ability to lead/facilitate decision making through stakeholder alignment as well as evaluation and driving growth opportunities through our pipeline providing key inputs to the innovative project development and market launch initiatives.


The role is regional in scope; however requires a global mindset and involves both domestic and international travel to Europe and United States up to 50% (Primarily Europe).


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Responsible for leading and managing multiple Automotive Electrification projects simultaneously
  • Provide Project Management oversight for all phases of projects from Seeding to Commercialization with focus on Customer First, Flawless Project Execution and Judicious Budget Control
  • Determine and define Project scope, goals, deliverables and tasks to ensure team is meeting customer project timelines
  • Allocate and manage resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) to ensure that they are available when they are needed throughout the project with attention to budgetary limitations.
  • Plan, create, and maintain all critical path scheduling to ensure deadlines and project deliverables are met.
  • Lead Feasibility Commitments, Milestone Plans, Capacity checks, while supporting automotive audits
  • Lead Project Reflections, Escalations, and Gaps to be improved, and continually improve and enhance towards future projects
  • Interface between automotive customers and DuPont ICS organization, while internally communicating and aligning Horizontally and Vertically

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Related field plus experience working in technicallyoriented businesses
  • Several years of experience as a Project Manager in Automotive, (Tier 2 / Converter / Fabricator)
  • Experience in Automotive and the Electrification Industry
  • PMP Certification
  • Proven experience of successfully completing groundup commercial projects ranging om $1MM $100MM+
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/communicate to different types of cultures, regions, professional levels)
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal, as well as negotiation skills
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward challenging situations and having structured working ethic
  • Experienced in launching IATF and TISAX certifications within organization, as well as PPAP, FMEA and APQP
  • Intellectual curiosity coupled with a strong drive towards execution
  • Selfstarter and comfortable working with ambiguity
  • Ability to work with and gain alignment across a wide range of functions, departments and cultures in many levels of the organization.
