An der Medizinischen Universität Wien ist am **Zentrum für Pathophysiologie, Infektiologie und Immunologie /** **Institut für Pathophysiologie und Allergieforschung **mit der **Kennzahl**: 4251/23, voraussichtlich ab **3. Juli 2023** eine Stelle mit einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden mit **einem:einer Assistent:in (postdoc) **zu besetzen.

Das monatliche Mindestentgelt für diese Verwendung beträgt derzeit Euro 4.351;
- brutto (14x jährlich) und kann sich eventuell auf Basis der kollektivvertraglichen Vorschriften durch die Anrechnung tätigkeitsspezifischer Vorerfahrungen sowie sonstige mit den Besonderheiten des Arbeitsplatzes verbundene Entgeltsbestandteile erhöhen.

Das Arbeitsverhältnis endet nach Ablauf von 6 Jahren.

Am Institut für Pathophysiologie und Allergieforschung (Abteilung für Comparative Immunologie und Onkologie) suchen wir eine:n hochmotivierte:n Wissenschafter:in als Assistent:in (postdoc) im Bereich Pathophysiologie mit Fokus auf Tumorbiologie.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Forschungstätigkeiten und Leitung einer Arbeitsgruppe im Fachgebiet Krebsforschung
- Regelmäßige Akquise und Leitung von Forschungsprojekten
- Regelmäßige Publikationstätigkeit
- Lehrtätigkeit und Betreuung von Studierenden
- Mitarbeit bei Organisations
- und Verwaltungsaufgaben sowie Evaluierungsmaßnahmen
- Teilnahme an der strategischen Weiterentwicklung des Instituts für Pathophysiologie und Allergieforschung

**Anstellungserfordernisse**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Naturwissenschaften mit facheinschlägigem Doktorat
- Qualifikation in Forschung und Lehre
- Die fremdenrechtlichen Anstellungserfordernisse bei Nicht-EU-Bürger:innen müssen gewährleistet sein

**Gewünschte Zusatzqualifikationen**:

- Wissenschaftliche Tätigkeit in den Fachgebieten Physiologie und Krebsforschung
- Mehrjährige Forschungserfahrung im Ausland
- Sehr gute wissenschaftliche Publikationen in renommierten peer-reviewed internationalen Zeitschriften
- Expertise in molekularbiologischen, biochemischen, physiologischen und pharmakologischen Methoden, in in vitro und in vivo präklinischen Modellen für Krebs und chronisch entzündliche Darmerkrankungen
- Umfassende Erfahrung mit Statistik und quantitative Zytometrie
- Erfahrung in der Einwerbung und im Management von nationalen und internationalen Forschungsprojekten
- Hohe Motivation zur Leitung eines interdisziplinären, internationalen Forschungsteams
- Hohe Genauigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit, Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit, Lernbereitschaft, proaktives wissenschaftliches Denken und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Lehrerfahrung sowohl in Präsenz als auch mit E-Learning; Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Studierenden; Internationale Präsentationserfahrung
- Exzellentes Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
