Strategy PMO Associate (f/m/d).


The Strategy Project Management Office (PMO) works closely with management on the planning and execution of the PALFINGER Group Strategy as well as cross-functional strategic programs and projects.

A focus will be on establishing and maintaining the related PMO.

Your Responsibilites:

  • Guide project and program teams in the creation of project definitions and project orders
  • Support the implementation of strategic programs and projects in setting, enforcing and monitoring clear timelines and targets
  • Responsible for the PMO (project management office) for selective projects
  • Collect and process relevant data for situation analysis and decision preparation
  • Analyze existing processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Establish mechanisms to monitor and report financial/nonfinancial performance and identify areas for optimization
  • Ensure adoption of project management standards and tools across CDS, identify improvement opportunities

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master in commercial or technical field
  • Around 3 years of relevant professional experience (project management), ideally in an international environment
  • Project Management qualification/certification, ideally based on PMI
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Wellorganized and structured person with handson mindset (getting things donementality)
  • Fluent German and English

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
