YOUR ROLE:

  • Coaching on CI activities and approaches in all pillars including onthefloor activities
  • Evaluation of the implementation of integrated activities and harmonisation of standards with the management team
  • Building an integrated, seamless working relationship with the plant manager, CI manager and the rest of the organisation
  • Development of the leadership team and in particular the local CI managers in the CEE region
  • Diagnosing activities and identifying technical knowhow and organisational behaviours that prevent implementation
  • Tracking the progress of the master plan for the cluster site
  • Leading workshops with all plant stakeholders to improve the capabilities and autonomy of the production teams

YOUR SKILLS:

  • University degree in Engineering with emphasis in mechanical, manufacturing and/or industrial
  • 6+ years of work experience in the production area ideally in FMCG
  • Business fluent English skills, every other CEE language is a plus
  • Excellent selfmanagement skills and very strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate people
  • Good understanding of production processes as well as SHEQ standards
  • Very good MS Office knowledge (especially MS Excel), SAP/ERP experience
