Achievement of predefined service level goals and ensuring optimal and cost-efficient planning of all fulfillment activities in specific product segments.

How You Will Contribute

You will:

  • Ensure timely communication on supply shortages based on daily and weekly service reports, acting as a liaison between local teams and external partners.
  • Communicate relevant information for customer order process.
  • Review service reports from supply hubs, propose and initiate local actions to minimize service risks.
  • Achieve waste reduction goals through cross-functional management of aging stock, master data, and system administration.
  • Avoid or minimize waste by exploring options to deliver remaining stock to customers with shorter shelf life, redistribute stock within the country, or transfer stock to other Business Units.
  • Execute local actions agreed with sales or supply chain to reduce waste.
  • Manage donation process in compliance with local guidelines.
  • Create Co-Manufacturing orders accurately and promptly.
  • Understand and adhere to ethical and legal regulations and responsibilities of the position.

What You Will Bring

A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career with experience in SAP, fluent in English, and proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

Mandatory Information in Austria: The salary is based on the Collective Labor Agreement 'Information and Consulting,' offering an entry gross salary of EUR 53,500 per year. Salary negotiable based on experience and qualifications. No Relocation support available. This role operates within a regional business model managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
