  • Develop strategies for the implementation and integration of cybersecurity concepts in organizations and specific development projects with your team
  • Be a role model for your employees and lead them through your excellent knowledge about cybersecurity and continuously improve the skills of your team members
  • Support the CEO and Partners to drive the success of our company
  • Collaborate closely with all teams on specific consulting opportunities and continuous improvements in processes and roadmap

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent qualification
  • More than 6 years of working experience in the automotive industry
  • Professional experience in handling the UNECE WP.29, ISO/SAE 21434 or IEC 62443 in context of embedded systems development
  • Very good project management and team leadership skills
  • Good moderation and communication skills
  • Experience in systems engineering and is a plus
  • Business fluent in English as well as German is mandatory
