En este momento estamos reclutando Cocineros motivados, para nuestros hoteles asociados, lujosos resorts de invierno en Austria, con fecha de inicio en febrero o marzo de 2023 para puestos de temporada o permanentes.

Tareas

  • Ejecutar recetas en colaboración con otros colegas
  • Configur las estaciones de trabajo con todos los ingredientes necesarios y equipo de cocina.
  • Cocinar los alimentos diariamente con varios utensilios o parrillas y controlar los alimentos mientras cocina para remover o dar vuelta
  • Supervisar la adecuación de los suministros, asegurándose de que todos los alimentos y otros artículos estén almacenados correctamente
  • Seguir las instrucciones de los chefs superiores/Jefe de cocina/Sous ChefPrestar atención a la productividad de la cocina, como la velocidad y la calidad de los alimentos.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las normas pertinentes de salud, seguridad e higiene.
  • Colaborar con otros colegas y superiores.

Requisitos:

  • Grado en Artes Culinarias
  • Experiência mínima de 2 años en el mismo puesto, en un hotel de lujo o restaurante de alta calidad
  • Imprescindible dominio del inglés, se valorará buen dominio del alemán
  • Excelente conocimiento de varios procedimientos y métodos de cocción (asar, hornear, hervir, etc.), equipos y herramientas
  • Experiência comprobada en la organización y el funcionamiento eficiente de una cocina.
  • Apasionado de la comida con ganas de aprender y trabajar duroCapacidad para trabajar eficientemente bajo presión y realizar múltiples tareas.
  • Excelente condición física y resistencia.
  • Espíritu de team player internacional y disposición para trabajar en el extranjero
  • Identificación o pasaporte de unión europea
