DEINE AUFGABEN:

- Ein
- und Nachschulung neuer MitarbeiterInnen sowie von unseren Service PartnerInnen, Durchführung von Leistungskontrollen und on the job trainings
- Zusammenarbeit mit HR Development bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Trainings (CIS)
- Erstellung von Trainingsunterlagen und Verwaltung der Trainings Datenbank
- Mitfahren mit Kurieren und Durchführen von entsprechenden Checks (Gema Ride)
- Ermittlung und Review der OPS Prozesse um Performance und Service Quality sicherzustellen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Global SOP Reviews und Self Assessments, inklusive Vor
- und Nacharbeiten
- Projektbegleitung und -betreuung hinsichtlich Einschulungen, Trainings und Qualitätssicherung
- Erstellung von Reports, Statistiken und Dokumentationen, Validierung von Daten

DEIN PROFIL:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder im Bereich Spedition (z.B. Lehre)
- Abgeschlossenes internes Facilitation Skills Training sowie idealerweise bereits durchgeführte Trainings als Facilitator
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion und Branche wünschenswert
- Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Du bist Teil eines hoch motivierten Teams, das für unsere MitarbeiterInnen und Führungskräfte herausragenden Service erbringt. Für diese spannende Aufgabe wird ein Bruttomonatsgehalt ab EUR 3.032,96;
- (Basis 40h/Woche) laut Kollektivvertrag für Speditionsangestellte (Beschäftigungsgruppe C) mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von beruflicher Qualifizierung und Erfahrung.
