We are currently looking to recruit a
Project Configuration and Change Manager (PrCCM)
for our Light Rail business located in Vienna, Austria.**
Purpose of the role:
  • Keeps the project / program under Configuration and Change Management control.
  • Applies Configuration and Change standard procedures, instructions, templates etc. and ensures that team members do not bypass them.
  • Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program and represents CCM in project and site meetings.
  • Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM related requirements (customer, partner and internal).
  • Creates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations (consistency checking, Baseline Release Notes).
  • Ensures Supplier Configuration Management incl. CCM requirement negotiation and requested CCM documentation.
  • Ensures that Configuration data is recorded and documented, monitoring its compliance.
  • Manage the Change Management Process.
  • Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline of Change Requests in cooperation with the change requestor from Preparation to Approval to Implementation and Closure.
  • Measures / reports CCM process performance / maturity (Key Performance Indicators) and derivates and manages actions (PDCA).
  • Ensures all functions involved in the Configuration and Change Management process are capable and conducts trainings if not.
  • Analyses, reviews and maintains CCM related risks and opportunities and ensures Return of Experience on CCM activities.

Qualifications:

  • Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control interrelate with the Business Processes
  • Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and/or Industrialization
  • Experiences in working in an international environment
  • Fluent German and English language.


The minimum salary for this position is 4000 € gross / month (14 x) for full-time employment according to the collective bargaining agreement.

Overpayment depends on relevant work experience and qualifications.
