Your new adventure

Technical and disciplinary leadership of ~45 professionals incl. 4 group leaders in mechanical development, thermodynamics, and calibration of powertrains BRP recreational vehicles and aircraft products

Definition of technological contents and strategies related to combustion engines and transmissions

Support the creation of product specifications in collaboration with the Project Management and the customer

Coordination, observation, and advancement of the development and approval process with focus on robust requirements evaluation, concept definition, validation, and industrialization

Elaboration of strategies for the continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and technologies

Budget, resources, and capacity planning

Your experience s and skills

Completed technical studies (University (of Applied Sciences) or Technology) in automotive/vehicle engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar OR higher technical school with several years of experience in comparable role

Relevant professional experience in a comparable role

High leadership skills with strong "can-do / will-do" attitude, creating ownership, empowering employees, enthusiastic about developing the department

Business fluent in German and English

High communication skills, entrepreneurial and innovative approach, enthusiastic about motorsports

The minimum salary for this position is EUR 70,738.50 gross/year in accordance with the very attractive collective agreement for the metal industry.

An overpayment is possible, depending on your qualifications and experience.
