Join the Volvo Group Austria as a Spare Parts / Maintenance Contracts Employee

• Analyze the spare parts business and develop sales-promoting measures
• Support and improve the Truckshop (supplier platform)
• Invoice control and billing to service partners and customers
• Correspondence and negotiations with suppliers
• Develop and implement marketing initiatives
• Assist service partners in implementing marketing actions
• Calculate and process maintenance contracts
• Actively promote our maintenance contract scope
• Act as a substitute for Parts and Maintenance Contracts Managers

Your profile:

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Professional experience in the automotive/commercial vehicle sector
• Analytical skills and focus on numbers
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office, especially Excel)
• Affinity for communication and social media, good English skills
• High level of service and customer orientation
• Team player who enjoys working on cross-departmental projects

We offer a gross annual salary starting at EUR 45,000.00 and a role with diverse requirements.
