The unit Corporate Lending Processing in the Lending Services department is responsible for the operational processing of a wide variety of financing products for Group Large Corporates, Commercial Real Estate, Group Transaction Banking and Financial Institutes customers.

We set up these financial loans in the respective systems (e.g. Cockpit, FAN and Loan IQ), process all the necessary payments and adapt and manage the financial loans during their term until they are repaid, in alignment with the responsible units.

In addition to the customers of Erste Holding, we also provide services for customers of EBOe and individual savings banks.

When serving our customers, we work closely with our backoffice providers. Service quality, customer orientation and efficient work processes form the basis for all our tasks.

Your Tasks:

  • Archiving of loan documentation (contracts, collaterals)
  • Handling of Annual Reviews
  • Clearing up of old data in the system
  • Various other support tasks in relation with Corporate Loan Processing

Your Background:

  • Currently enrolled at a University/University of Applied Sciences with a business, financial or technical focus
  • Experience in an international environment and in multilingual and multicultural teams is an advantage
  • Very good social and communication skills, being a strong team player
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
