Purchasing Specialist / Office Manager (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben:
- Eigenständiges Abwickeln von Einkaufsvorgängen - von der Angebotseinholung bis zur Übernahme von Waren/Dienstleistungen/ Büroausstattung/Fuhrpark- Office Management für die österreichischen Geschäftsstellen in Wien und Graz- Erledigung der täglichen administrativen Tätigkeiten (Rechnungsprüfung, allg. Korrespondenz und Erstellen von Auswertungen)- Gestaltung und Verhandlung von Rahmenverträgen- Analyse von Beschaffungsmärkten und Mitarbeit an Projekten- Verantwortung des Fleet
- und Facility Managements

Dein Profil:
- Idealerweise verfügst du über ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit zusätzlicher Qualifikation im Bereich Einkauf- Du hast bereits Berufserfahrung im operativen Einkauf gesammelt und punktest mit zusätzlicher Projekterfahrung- Du besitzt sehr gute EDV-Kenntnisse (u.a. MS-Office, ERP-Systeme) und hast eine hohe technische Affinität, Kenntnisse in MS Dynamics 365 (D365) sind dabei von Vorteil- Du hast eine selbstständige, flexible und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie gutes Verhandlungsgeschick- Du überzeugst uns als kommunikativer Teamplayer außerdem mit deinem Verantwortungsbewusstsein und schneller Auffassungsgabe- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab, Italienisch-Kenntnisse sind ebenfalls von Vorteil
