In this role you are adding value by providing full transparency regarding financial and non-financial performance and giving financial business advice.

As a co-decision-maker together with the Management-Team of the function Supply-Chain-Management you keep an independent view on opportunities, risks and challenges for the organization.

Strong coordination is required between Procurement, Supply-Chain-Management, Operations, Sales and PLM&E. This position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (from 25 hours/week).

Your Responsibilities:

  • Integral member of MakeorBuy Councils (global, regional) to ensure proper consideration of financial inputs and aspects.
  • Leading development of financial evaluation standards of MakeorBuy Process
  • Leading and monitoring of Strategic MakeorBuy Business Cases (Strategic Partner Development)
  • Creation of businessplans and critical challenging of assumptions (advocatus diaboli)
  • Further development of the steeringmodel, KPIsetup and overall reportingsetup (including tools)
  • Strategic planning, definition of measures and followup for supply chain initiatives
  • Provide transparency regarding financial
- and non-financial performance of the function and the current transformation program (support the PMO with responsibility from financial point of view)

  • Challenge, advice and support the function SCM

Your Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Business Administration / Finance
  • Several years of experience as senior controller in an industrial environment Analytical, valueoriented and entrepreneurial thinking as well as independent and structured working methods
  • Excellent communication skills across departmental boundaries
  • Intrinsic motivation with ability to drive change and implementation
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage
  • Readiness to travel

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is
EUR 50.286,18 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
