IHRE AUFGABEN
- Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung/inhaltlichen Verankerung der ökologischen und sozialen Aspekte des VIG 25 Nachhaltigkeits-Programms in der Gruppe
- Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung des VIG 25 Nachhaltigkeits-Programms unter Berücksichtung der Ansprüche des Vorstands und der regulatorischen Entwicklung
- Schaffung einer Wissensbasis im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit mittels Monitoring und Herausarbeitung entstehender Entwicklungen im Bereich ESG / Nachhaltigkeit (regulatorische, Anspruch des Kapitalmarkts und der Gesellschaft, Mitbewerb)
- Mitarbeit bei der Kommunikation nach innen und außen (Rating, Kapitalmarkt, NGOs,...)

IHR PROFIL
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Nachhaltigkeit, Wirtschaft oder Recht
- Mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung aus dem Bereich Nachhaltigkeit/Sustainability, bevorzugt aus einem Konzernumfeld
- Erfahrung im Bereich Versicherungswirtschaft und Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Strukturierte, genaue und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Hohe analytische Fähigkeiten und Lösungsorientierung
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Reisebereitschaft

Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Vorgaben informieren wir über das monatliche kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt von EUR 3.167,16 brutto auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung (37,5 Stunden / Woche). Selbstverständlich bieten wir eine marktkonforme Bezahlung.
