We are a high-performing SaaS marketing team responsible for Radancy's expansion and growth in the DACH region, and we are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join us as soon as possible.

In this position, you will support our performance and website marketing automation teams with your skills in setting up a solid experimentation framework, the creation of experiments, conversion rate optimization on our website, and analytical A/B testing.


YOUR MISSION

  • Identify opportunities and support the growth of our digital channels, including paid channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads, with the goal of generating highquality leads for our sales team
  • Experiment with new channels, tools, and platforms to explore untapped opportunities
  • Collaborate and support our website team on a daytoday basis with the creation (and optimization) of landing pages in Wordpress (Elementor and WPML), with the goal to optimize the user experience and improve conversion rates
  • Setup and monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and identify new opportunities in Google Analytics, Google Datastudio and Google Tag Manager
  • Identify trends and insights for paid ads, and optimize spend and performance based on experience and insights
  • Offer knowledge and ideas, plans and execute different channel optimization experiments via A/B testing and A/B testing tools
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)

YOUR PROFILE

  • 3+ years experience in digital marketing and growth hacking (ideally in a B2B SaaS tech environment)
  • Handson personality especially when it comes to planning, executing and measuring digital/growth marketing strategies
  • Growth hacking skills
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Fluency in German and English (mandatory)
  • A datadriven mindset and not afraid of analytics
  • Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with partners, colleagues and management
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously
  • The ability to work in a fastpaced environment
  • HR, SaaS and/or B2B marketing experience is a bonus but not mandatory
  • LinkedIn, Wordpress, and Google Ads experience

Bonus:
experience in B2B and SAAS

  • SEO experience, Facebook Ads, Youtube Ads experience (nicetohave but not mandatory)
  • Proficiency in digital tools like: Google Analytics, SEO (SemRush), Google Tag Manager, Trello, G-Drive and Slack
