BASF baut am Standort Kundl im Industriepark bestehende Fermentationsanlagen aus bzw. errichtet eine neue Aufreinigungsanlage für die Enzymproduktion. Als ersten Schritt werden in Kundl Waschmittelenzyme produziert und aufbereitet. Wir suchen dafür einen Quality Manager (w/m/d), der von der ersten Stunde an die Anlagen mit aufbauen wird. Ab Herbst 2023 startet die kommerzielle Produktion. Weitere Produkte werden folgen.

**AUFGABEN**
- Planung, Festlegung, Koordination und Abwicklung von QA und QC-Prozessen mit Dienstleistern und internen Laboratorien.
- Aufsetzen und Betreuung von QA und QC-Prozessen für die Produktion in Kundl und Lohnerstellern.
- Planung und Durchführung von shelf life-Studien
- Etablierung, Aufrechterhaltung und Weiterentwicklung eines Quality Managements für die Enzymproduktion, insbesondere für die Standards ISO 9001 und Responsible Care.
- Verantwortlich für den Management of Change Prozess
- Ansprechpartner für Industrial Hygiene (IH) Fragestellungen für den Standort Kundl. Unterstützung von Lohnherstellern bei IH-Fragestellungen.
- Anwenden von Methoden relevanter IH Monitoringsysteme. Unterstützung von Kunden in Fragen zu IH.

**QUALIFIKATIONEN**
- Sie haben Naturwissenschaftliches Studium (Master, Diplom) an FH oder Uni abgeschlossen.
- Sie können auf eine jahrelange Berufserfahrung in QA und QM-Funktionen zurückblicken
- Grundsätzliches Verständnis von IH-Fragestellungen
- Sie zeigen hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und laufen als Teamplayer zu Hochform auf
- Sie sprechen fließend Deutsch und sind in Englischer Sprache verhandlungssicher

**LEISTUNGEN**
Bei uns steigen Sie in anspruchsvolle Arbeitsgebiete ein und übernehmen Verantwortung. Sie sind vom ersten Tag an Teil des BASF-Teams. Das Jahresbruttogehalt beläuft sich auf € 60.000,00 laut Kollektivvertrag der Chemischen Industrie auf Basis Vollzeit (38 h). Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung möglich.
