Chatarmin is the leading WhatsApp specialist in Austria. Described as the "Mailchimp for WhatsApp," we empower companies to engage in GDPR-compliant, scalable WhatsApp marketing, sales, and service.

Compensation Package

  • Base salary ranging from €25,000.00 to €75,000.00, depending on performance and suitability.
  • Up to 25% revenue sharing
  • Up to 5% vested equity in one of Austria's fastest-growing startups

Your Job Location and Role

Vienna, Austria is our base of operations. While we primarily serve clients in the DACH region, hybrid or remote work arrangements are possible based on your performance. The initial months may be challenging, with a steep learning curve that will set you up for success at Chatarmin and beyond.

You will be responsible for cold calling, managing the entire sales funnel from lead generation to closing deals. Your objective is to drive new revenue while sales and revenue growth are paramount in our organization, and you will play a key role in achieving this.

You will work independently with the founders and the initial team member in a small team setting. Expect clear KPIs for cold calling and continuous skill development. Ideally, you will progress to become the "Head of Sales" within 18-36 months and lead your own team.

Build a strong industry network in sectors like e-commerce, franchise, and retail effortlessly. This network will be invaluable throughout your career.

Revenue is king. Everything else falls into place accordingly.
