We are looking for a CRM Project Manager / IT Support Manager for our headquarters in Mettmann to join us as soon as possible.

• Collecting requirements from business departments for IT projects (process analysis, consulting, documentation)
• Managing the eismann CRM solution (in-house development SAP ABAP/4, supporting and training users)
• Analyzing and improving existing processes in constant coordination with business departments
• Process design and creating business and technical specifications, coordinating with development, monitoring tests, as well as deployment and roll-outs

• Degree in (Business) Informatics or relevant IT field, or completed IT-related vocational training
• Practical experience in CRM and (agile) project management
• Experience with implementing and supporting software solutions in sales
• Knowledge of programming language, e.g., ABAP/4
• Proficiency in English
• Independent, team-oriented, and strong communication skills
• Solution-oriented and conceptual work approach
• Willingness to travel (up to 10% on business trips)
