Für die operative und kommerzielle Ausrichtung eines multifunktionalen mobilen Service- und Industrieroboters suchen wir den Senior Business Development Manager.

Aufgaben
Ihre Aufgabe ist die Definition einer Produktstrategie und die Ausarbeitung einer Roadmap für unterschiedliche Branchen und Anwendungen. Sie priorisieren Business Cases und Use Cases, definieren Anforderungen und erschließen Partnerschaften mit Anwendungsintegratoren, OEMs, Key Accounts, Distributoren, Kooperationspartnern, Influencern und Supportern in und außerhalb der Automatisierungswelt. Sie sind der Input und Sparringspartner Ihrer Kollegen, für technische Entscheider und potenzielle Kunden.
Sie differenzieren die Kundenwünsche, prüfen die Wirtschaftlichkeit und entwickeln die Nutzenargumentation (value proposition). Selbstverständlich beobachten Sie Markt und Wettbewerb, entwickeln die Preisgestaltung sowie Ertragsmodelle und präsentieren die Lösungen bis auf C-Level. Sie stehen in wöchentlichem Austausch mit F&E und repräsentieren unseren Mandanten auf Kongressen, Symposien, Fachmessen und Events ebenso wie online in der Forschung, bei Verbänden und in Netzwerken.
Sie berichten direkt an den VP des Geschäftsbereichs. Sie arbeiten am Entwicklungsstandort in Zürich, Schweiz. Alternativ liegt Ihr Home-Office nahe dem Bodensee bzw. in verkehrsgünstiger Lage zum Standort.
Profil
Sie bringen langjährige Erfahrung in der Industrie mit. Auf Basis eines Studiums der Wirtschaftsinformatik, Data Engineering oder vergleichbaren Ingenieurwissenschaften arbeiten Sie eng mit Vertrieb oder Marketing und bringen eine große Begeisterung für KI mit. Vielleicht sind Sie heute im Maschinen-, Apparate- oder Anlagenbau als Consultant, Product Manager oder Key-Account-Manager im Bereich Automatisierung, Robotik oder Sensorik tätig.
Sie sind ein Visionär mit Tatendrang. Sie entwerfen heute schon die Fertigung und Logistik von morgen. Als Experte im Shopfloor oder der Intralogistik revolutionieren Sie die Industrie. Begriffe wie Smart Factory, Industry 4.0, Manufacturing-X, Plattform und IoT sind für Sie tägliche Routine. Sie haben Talent für die Beurteilung und Entwicklung von Märkten und sind begeisterungsfähig. Der Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Entscheidungsträgern macht Ihnen Freude. Ihre Affinität zu Zahlen, gepaart mit Verhandlungsgeschick und interkultureller Kompetenz macht Sie zum perfekten Teamplayer.
