Your Opportunity


As a Social Media Manager, you will be
responsible for planning, implementing and optimizing social media activities to
strengthen our brand's presence on various platforms and achieve the desired business objectives.

The
role is dynamic and requires the
ability to adapt to trends and new technologies.

Your Mission

  • You
    create appealing and relevant content for the respective platforms
  • You
    identify and select relevant social media platforms that fit the target group and brand image
  • You are responsible for
    building and maintaining online communities by interacting with followers, replying to comments and managing messages
  • You will
    use analytics tools to monitor the performance of social media activities and derive appropriate recommendations for action
  • You work closely with our marketing, PR and sales teams to
    ensure a coherent brand message:
  • You
    monitor current trends in social media
  • You
    monitor compliance with data protection regulations and legal requirements in relation to social media activities
  • Identify, contact and manage
    influencer partnerships to promote brand awareness

Your Skills

  • You have
    at least 23 years of professional experience in social media
  • You have
    indepth knowledge and a very good understanding of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  • You have the
    ability to create engaging and shareable content, including text, images, videos and other multimedia formats
  • You have
    experience in building and managing online communities, including crisis management
  • You are
    familiar with social media analytics tools to track performance metrics

our cool office you sit in the middle of the team for
optimal exchange, but you also
have enough space to work in peace and the possibility to use home office.

With over
170 employees it can be difficult
to maintain the
startup atmosphere, so we
place a lot of emphasis on a
friendly working atmosphere and **extensive
onboarding**.

For this position, we offer you a
gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000,00 on a full-time basis. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an
appropriate overpayment. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
