We are excited to offer the position of Sales Representative to an entrepreneurial new member of On's Austria team.

With a commitment to revolutionizing performance-driven products, On is taking the global sports footwear, apparel and accessories market by storm with cutting-edge tech and innovative products.

As On's footprint continues to expand, you will work in the field representing and igniting On's brand with our B2B business partners across the central Austria region.


Your Mission:

  • Driving all sales activities, including training, events and identification of new business opportunities.
  • Organizing and executing sellin meetings with our partners, with a strong focus on sellin and sellout throughout the year.
  • Proactive and strategic relationship management with our B2B partners (sports and athletic shops, general sporting goods stores etc).
  • Administration and Data management in our CRM system.
  • Close collaboration with the Trade Marketing team. Crossfunctional collaboration with other key commercial players to ensure we reach new heights.

Your story:

  • 45 years experience within a retail or premium consumer goods related industry, ideally in Sports/Fashion/Design.
  • A team player with an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives when being challenged.
  • A passion for bringing sales initiatives to life in order to reach overall sales targets.
  • A proactive and collaborative approach to organize the operational relationship management with our partners.
  • Building and maintaining relationships is one of your core strengths and helps you to effectively connect to retail partners, media, and marketing partners.
  • Ability to excite our partners about the brand with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • C2 or fluent German skills (verbal and written) a must and a working proficiency in English is required to thrive in this role.
  • Driving license and a proclivity to being on the road and away from home at times, up to 75% of your working week.
  • Located within proximity of Central Austria. You will take ownership predominantly over Salzburg, Oberösterreich und Kärnten locations.
