Als Teil des STRABAG-Konzerns übernehmen wir - die STRABAG BRVZ - konzernweit alle kaufmännischen und informationstechnologischen Dienstleistungen. In der IT kümmern wir uns dabei um viele tausende internationale Anwender:innen und decken dabei die gesamte Bandbreite der IT-Welt ab. Von der Softwareentwicklung, dem IT-Einkauf, -Produktmanagement und -Support über den klassischen IT-Betrieb mit eigenen Datacentern bis hin zum internen Service Desk. 500 IT-Mitarbeiter:innen arbeiten täglich daran, die STRABAG-Konzerneinheiten optimal auszustatten und zu unterstützen. Aufgaben
Als Requirements Engineer sind Sie in erster Linie für die Vorbereitung und Leitung von Requirements-Workshops für konzerninterne Softwareprojekte verantwortlich. Außerdem erwarten Sie folgende spannende Tätigkeiten:
- Aufnahme und Analyse von Anforderungen zur Modellierung und Implementierung neuer Lösungsansätze
- Formulierung von Anforderungspaketen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem UI/UX-Team und Lead-Developer:innen
- Unterstützung bei der Ausarbeitung projektbezogener Entscheidungsvorlagen
- Prozessbezogene Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anforderungsanalysen sowie Begleitung und Überwachung des Qualitätsmanagements
- Ansprechperson für alle fachlichen und technischen Anforderungen sowie die Betreuung und Konfiguration unserer Atlassian-Produktpalette (Jira und Confluence)
- Sicherstellung des Betriebs unserer Atlassian-Produktpalette in Abstimmung mit externen Dienstleiter:innen
Profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im IT-Bereich (Informatik, IT-Management, Wirtschaftsinformatik o. Ä.) oder vgl. Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering und der Durchführung von Anforderungsworkshops
- Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Atlassian-Produkten und technisches Basiswissen
- Grundkenntnisse in Java, JavaScript, CSS und Webtechnologien (HTTP REST, XML, API) von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, Spaß an der Arbeit im Team und im Kontakt mit Anwender:innen
- Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
