Aufgaben

Als Marketing Automation Specialist und Mitglied eines 12-köpfigen Teams trägst du die Verantwortung für die inhaltliche Steuerung der Konzeptionsprozesse im Bereich Marketing Automation. Zudem konfigurierst und implementierst du Lösungen gemäß den spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich beinhaltet:

  • Die Planung und Umsetzung von Grob- und Detailkonzepten (Big-Picture, Ausrichtung der Lösung, Datenmodell, Segmentierungsmodelle, Marketing Workflows) mit unseren Partner-Lösungen
  • Die Kundenberatung zu projektspezifischen Themen mit Schwerpunkt Digitales Marketing (Prozessbegleitung und aktiver Kundenkontakt)
  • Den Support im Presales und die Durchführung von Kundenworkshops
  • Das Aufbauen und die Pflege von Kundenbeziehungen
  • Die Konfiguration und das Customizing der SAP Marketing Lösung Emarsys im Rahmen des SAP CX Portfolios
  • Das kontinuierliche Weiterbilden zu Produktentwicklungen und Updates und das Absolvieren entsprechender Zertifizierungen

Profil

Essential Skills

  • 3+ Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Marketing Automatisierung (Emarsys, SAP Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Marketing, Hubspot)
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch (mind. C1 Niveau) und Deutsch (C2 Niveau)
  • Kenntnisse mit REST APIs und Datenmodellierung
  • Freude an konzeptionellen und analytischen Aufgaben
  • Offene, kommunikative und ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit mit Freude am Halten von Präsentationen
  • Ausgeprägte interkulturelle Kompetenz und die Bereitschaft zu Reisen (ca. 20% der Arbeitszeit)

Beneficial Skills

  • Erfahrung in der Implementierung und Konfiguration von IT-Anwendungen im CX-Bereich
  • Kenntnisse in CSS und HTML
  • Arbeiten nach agilen Entwicklungsprozessen (SCRUM, KANBAN, etc)

Aus rechtlichen Gründen geben wir das jährliche Mindestgehalt für eine Vollzeitbeschäftigung gemäß dem aktuellen IT-Kollektivvertrags an, welches für diese Position € 53.592 brutto/Jahr beträgt.
