Salesforce Developer with passion for CPQ

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join our Business Systems organization (Corporate IT) in support of our growing business and advance the integration of Salesforce at Dynatrace.

Your role at Dynatrace

You will play a key role in the configuration and design of SalesforceRevenue Cloud and its offerings.Moreover, you will implement and maintain solutions that balance the business needs with the technical requirements ensuring end-user satisfaction and ease of integration with other enterprise systems.

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for various projects including the development, and maintenance of our CPQ and Billing implementation and driving a seamless Quote-to-Cash business process.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and develop Salesforce using both Object Oriented Design Methodologies and declarative solutions. Flow, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Application programming interfaces (APIs) and related components.
• Design, code, test, troubleshoot, debug and document solutions throughout the development process and across the Salesforce platform including Billing, Einstein, Heroku, various managed packages, e.g. Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Financial Force and others.
• Assist inredefining and scaling Dynatrace's quote-to-cash system processes which include simplification of existing workflows, Process Builders, Flows, etc.
• Using technical knowledge of Dynatrace's other business systems (NetSuite, Boomi, Jira), evaluate solution and design options and provide recommendations to solve for business needs, identifying pros and cons, and providing work effort estimates.
• Contribute suggestions regularly to peer solution design process and team-based proof of concept and demonstrations providing expertise where needed. May lead design review at times.
• Write comprehensive documentation on business requirements, process flows, technical objects and release step details (change controls, data migrations, and step-by-step order of operations) as well as configuration and solution design.
• Ensure all solutions pass the testing process and comply with industry best practices and Salesforce standards for security, data privacy, and governance.
• Participate in code reviews and provide technical feedback as required

What will help you succeed

Minimum Requirements:

• 3+ years of Salesforceexperience
• Proficiency in various CPQ functionalities like QCP, perpetual and subscription-based licensing, usage billing, amendments, co-terming, and renewals.

Preferred Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent preferred
• Proven experience with Software-as-a-Services (SaaS) integrations and configuration, including security, using Workflow, Flow & Process Builder, transfer, load (ETL) processes.
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is required. Participation and ownership of product execution with Agile/ Scrum methodology preferred.
• Ability to transform business requirements into technical solutions with a focus on data quality and implement them with other team members.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required. Ability to communicate complex technical issues in a concise easy-to-follow manner.
• Quick learner with the ability to solve problems expeditiously and understand the impact on other environments.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision desired.
• Salesforce CPQ & Billing certifications arehighly preferred

Compensation and rewards

• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 53,800 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
