Wir suchen nun eine Finance-Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägten Leadership-Qualitäten und Teamspirit für eine Schlüsselrolle als Member of the Board an einem unserer Standorte in Süddeutschland.

Als langjährig erfahrene/r CFO verfügen Sie über fundiertes Know-how in Finance, Accounting und Controlling im Produktionsumfeld sowie einen internationalen Background mit Erfahrung in den Bereichen Purchasing, IT und HR . Ihr erfolgreicher Track Record basiert auf strategischem Weitblick, hands-on-Mentalität sowie der Ambition, sich nachhaltig in ein Unternehmen mit internationaler Matrix-Organisation einzubringen. Neben Ihrem open-Mindset, exzellenten interpersonellen Skills sowie ausgeprägter Kommunikations
- und Kooperationsfähigkeit zeichnen Sie sich durch ein sehr gutes Verständnis von Key Business Topics und Geschäftsprozessen sowie die Fähigkeit aus, betriebswirtschaftliche und finanztechnische Themenstellungen entscheidungsorientiert und pragmatisch abzustimmen und gemeinsam weiterzuentwickeln.

In dieser sehr breit aufgestellten Managementfunktion übernehmen Sie in direkter Berichtslinie zum Vorstand die kaufmännische Verantwortung (inkl. umfassendem People Management) für die Bereiche Finance, Accounting, Purchasing, Human Resources, IT und Contract Management, wobei in erster Linie strategisches Leadership gefordert ist. In Teilbereichen werden Sie neue Prozesse einführen, in kaufmännischen Belangen Projektmanagement selbst übernehmen bzw. auch reorganisieren. Sie agieren als Business Partner und strategischer Sparringspartner für den Vorstand, wobei die kontinuierliche Kommunikation und Kooperation sowie der konzernweite Austausch genauso wie der Kontakt zu externen Dienstleistern und Behörden Teil Ihres Daily Business sein wird.

Ihre Fähigkeit, über den Tellerrand zu blicken, Ihre absolute Professionalität in Finanzthemen, Ihre Entscheidungsfreude sowie Initiative und Ambition, Dinge voran zu bringen, bilden die Basis für Ihren zukünftigen Erfolg. Neben IFRS, German GAAP/HGB und Erfahrungen mit SAP setzen wir selbstverständlich sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse voraus.
