Consultant für Secure Software Development (m/w/d)


Aufgaben

Wir unterstützen unsere Kunden bei der Konzeption, Umsetzung und Verbesserung ihrer Cyber Security Ziele in der Software-Entwicklung. Deine Kernaufgaben in Projekten werden ein breites Spektrum äußerst spannender Themen einschließen.

  • Definition und Abstimmung von Strategien und Richtlinien für sichere Softwareentwicklung und -betrieb
  • Analyse von Software-Entwicklungsprozessen und Ausarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen zur Erreichung von Sicherheitszielen
  • Security-Analyse von Applikationen, Architekturen und Systemen inkl. Gap-Analyse und Ausarbeitung von Handlungsempfehlungen
  • Design und Umsetzung von Cyber Security Tools in Software Entwicklungs-Prozessen
  • Evaluierung und Einführung neuer Tools und Technologien
  • Coaching und Training von Kundenmitarbeiter:innen, unter anderem für Secure Coding, Secure Software Development Methoden und DevSecOps

Darüber hinaus bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Deinen Horizont in weiteren Security Projekten zu erweitern und damit Deine persönliche und fachliche Entwicklung gezielt voranzutreiben.

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (FH/Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Software Engineering oder Cyber Security
  • Erfahrung mit verbreiteten Softwareentwicklungsprozessen und -methoden (SCRUM, SecDevOps, etc.)
  • Entwicklungserfahrung mit zumindest einer Hochsprache oder verbreiteten Skriptsprache (C#, Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Kenntnis aktueller Tools und Trends in der Softwareentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Security Analysen sowie der Auswahl und Umsetzung von Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (technisch, organisatorisch)
  • Erfahrung im Design von Software und Security-Architekturen
  • Profunde Kenntnis relevanter Security Standards und Best Practices (ISO 27k, BSI IT-Grundschutz, NIST RMF, OWASP ASVS, etc.)
  • Analytisches Denken, selbstorganisierte und präzise Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Gerne geben wir auch talentierten Quer-Einsteiger:innen eine Chance. Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software Entwicklung oder im Bereich Cyber Security ist von Vorteil.

Als Senior Kandidat:in bringst Du fünf Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisnachweise anhand international anerkannter Zertifizierungen mit.

Wir bieten für diese Position ein Bruttojahresgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis je nach Erfahrungsstufe ab € 50.000 respektive ab € 70.000. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung besteht die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
