Als Senior Business Excellence Project Manager des PMO sind Sie verantwortlich für die Steuerung und Leitung globaler, nach innen gerichteter, strategischer und/oder Implementierungs-Projekte.


Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie leiten souverän und selbstsicher mehrdimensionale Projekte bestehend aus hierarchiefreien Projektteams (abteilungs-, fach- oder divisionsübergreifend).
  • Ihr Hauptfokus liegt auf strategischen und Optimierungs-Projekten.
  • Sie definieren detaillierte Projekt-Charter und koordinieren deren Umsetzung.
  • Innerhalb der Projekte sind Sie verantwortlich für die Analyse kritischer Prozesse, Abläufe und Meilensteine.
  • Sie erkennen frühzeitig Risiken und erarbeiten hierfür Mitigationspläne.
  • Die Kommunikation mit allen Stakeholdern und dem Projektteam sowie die Begleitung aller Beteiligten im Veränderungsprozess ist Kern Ihrer Aufgabe.
  • Darüber hinaus übernehmen Sie das Projektcontrolling, die Dokumentation der Umsetzung und das Reporting an die Geschäftsführung.


Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben Ihr Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder Industrial Engineering erfolgreich abgeschlossen und verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im strategischen und operativen Projektmanagement.
  • Dabei konnten Sie größere globale Transformationsprojekte selbstständig leiten sowie erfolgreich abschließen und bringen zudem Erfahrungen im Change-Management mit.
  • Außerdem haben Sie sich im Qualitäts- und Projektmanagementumfeld weitergebildet.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift setzen wir voraus. Gute Anwenderkenntnisse in MS Office (speziell PowerPoint), einer Projektmanagement-Software und SAP R/3 runden Ihr Profil ab.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen sind für Sie ebenso selbstverständlich wie strukturiertes, ziel- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Sie behalten das Big Picture im Auge und schauen bei Ihrer Tätigkeit stets über den Tellerrand.
  • Eine generelle globale Reisebereitschaft ist vorteilhaft.
  • Sie bringen das Interesse für das oben genannte Aufgabengebiet mit und sind gewillt sich neuen Herausforderungen zu stellen, dann entwicklen wir auch gerne geeignete Talente in ihre Rolle des Seniors.
