Deine Aufgaben

  • Tauche tief ein und erforsche Trends in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Vertrieb, Transformation, Fusion und Integration.
  • Gestalte aktiv die Finanzbranche und bringe deine innovativen Ideen zu Business Models, Organisation, agilen Strukturen und Prozessmanagement ein.
  • Kreiere gemeinsam mit deinem Projektteam smarte Strategien für die digitale Zukunft von Banken oder Versicherungen und bereite die Ergebnisse managementorientiert auf.
  • Dabei bist du Teil des gesamten Prozesses: Von der Konzeption über die Planung, bis zur Umsetzung des Projektes.
  • Auch neben der Projektarbeit kannst du Größe zeigen. Erarbeite gemeinsam Innovationen, verfasse eigene Artikel oder engagiere dich im Recruiting und Hochschulmarketing.


Deine Skills

  • Erfolgreicher betriebswirtschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss (Master oder Promotion) oder vergleichbare akademische Ausbildung.
  • Erfahrung im Consulting, in der Finanzbranche oder bei einem Fin-Tech durch Praktika.
  • Du engagierst dich im Team und bringst ein ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
  • Du denkst strategisch und bist verantwortungsbewusst in der Umsetzung.
  • Du hast Spaß daran, Gewohntes infrage zu stellen.
  • Deutsch und Englisch sprichst du fließend.
