  • Organization of meetings as well as conference planning
  • General office tasks such as for example updating the organizational chart, administrating travels, coordinating trainings, processing of invoices
  • Contact person for VIBRANT marketing, logos, slogans, etc.
  • Time administrator for the department VIBRANT

Profil
  • Completed economic education (e.g. HAK, HBLA or apprenticeship)
  • Prior experience is beneficial
  • Very good Microsoft Office user skills
  • Independent and precise way of working as well as a friendly, motivated and sociable personality
  • Very good German and English skills

Minimum Salary
Salary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 35,993.83.
