Wir suchen ab sofort für die Überlassung an unseren Kunden in Weiz, eine n Location Manager in für laufende Gebäude- und Facility-Managementaufgaben inkl. Budgetierung, Reporting und Forecasting. (Vollzeit: 38,5h/Woche)


Aufgaben
  • Umsetzung von Standortkonzepten zur Büro- und Produktionsflächenoptimierung, einschließlich
    Instandhaltungsplanung und laufender Wartungstätigkeiten in Abstimmung mit internen und externen Stakeholdern (z.B. Maklern, Lieferanten und Facility Management Dienstleistern) inkl. notwendiger Dokumentation und Aufbereitung
  • Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Budget- und Forecast-Planungen in
    Zusammenarbeit mit dem zugeordneten Finance Controller in
  • Einhaltung aller Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsvorschriften, gesetzlichen
    Bestimmungen und Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Optimierung des ökologischen Fußabdrucks

Profil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Baugewerbe oder Facility Management wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kundenorientierung und strategische Herangehensweise

Wir bieten

Je nach konkreter Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist ein Bruttomonatsgehalt von mindestens EUR 3.700,- vorgesehen (dieses übersteigt jedenfalls das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt). Die letztgültige Gehaltsvereinbarung treffen wir im Rahmen eines persönlichen Gespräches.
