Freedom International Group is an investment company with business ecosystem developing in 19 countries, including the Austria, Uzbekistan, Singapore, Vietnam, and various European countries, such as Italy.

As of today, the company's investment portfolio consists of 48 projects.

We are currently looking for a dedicated experienced professional who wants to join our team on the position of International HR People & Culture Manager.


Aufgaben
  • Creating a great candidate experience from initial contact, through onboarding, to long-term employee retention;
  • Implementation of HR projects (active sourcing, talent development, etc.);
  • Competent HR sparring partner for managers and employees;
  • Employer Branding & Internal Communications;
  • Support the ramp-up process with active and competent communication technics;
  • Manage processes for defining and communicating of the company's vision and values;
  • Implement top-down communication channels;
  • Build collaboration and exchange platforms within and between countries for efficient knowledge management;
  • Establish regular feedback loops with employees (e.g., engagement surveys, focus groups);
  • Design and implement international employee events;
  • Integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives seamlessly into internal communication strategies

Profil
  • Proven experience in employer branding, internal communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement creative and effective communication strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
  • Strong understanding of talent acquisition and retention strategies
  • Experience in managing social media platforms for employer branding purposes
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiting and external communication teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Familiarity with HR-related technology and tools
  • Relevant educational background in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
